Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped out from Malaysia. We expect to ship out our orders somewhere between May to June 2025, depending on how long it takes for our suppliers to produce and ship the merch items to us. 

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped package arrives at the destination country. Such charges will not be included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. We will not be liable for any additional charges that may apply once the package has reached the destination country. 

If your shipping address is located outside of Malaysia, your order counts as an international order. By placing an international order, you are wholly responsible for obtaining information about and abiding by your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. Such information can usually be obtained at your local post office.

SHIPPING TO THE UK/EUROPE/UKRAINE/RUSSIA/ISRAEL

We will NOT be accepting orders for physical bundles to these locations.

 

TRACKING

Each order will come with limited tracking information (depending on the destination country). You will be able to view which country your package is in, but more tracking details may be unavailable or may not be up to date. Usually, it takes 3-4 weeks to reach your doorsteps. Please contact your local postal service if it took longer than that. Apologies for the inconveniences.

You may track your item through the website https://tracking.pos.com.my/tracking or https://tracking.my/ . You can also use your local postal site tracking system once it have landed in your country.

UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

If you have made an error when submitting your purchase (e.g. entered the wrong address) or there has been a change to your information (e.g. change in address), email us at [email protected] with the following:-

  1. The full name that was placed with the order;
  2. The order number;
  3. The error; and
  4. What the correct information should be. 

Please note that this information cannot be changed once your order has been shipped out.

LARGE ORDERS

Due to shipping weight limitations, large orders that exceed a certain weight will require an additional shipping fee. Customers with large orders will be notified by email before the packages are shipped. Customers will have to pay the additional shipping fee before the order is shipped.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can modify or cancel your order before the Pre-Order period ends. No changes can be made to your order after this period. We will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. 

We will NOT be responsible for:

✦ Packages damaged during transit

✦ Packages not delivered due to buyer inputting the incorrect address

✦ Packages lost or stolen during transit after the tracking information has been issued

 

SOMETHING IS DEFECTIVE/MISSING FROM MY ORDER

If the product has a defect or is missing items due to mishandling by our shipping mod, please email us at [email protected] with the following:-

    1. Full name that was placed with the order; 
    2. The order number;
    3. The details of the defect; and
  • A photograph of the item with defects; or if you have missing items, a photograph of all the items that you did receive.

We will contact you regarding the issuance of a replacement for the defective or missing product. We will not be liable for damage to items during transit. We will not be issuing replacements for items that were damaged during transit. 


MY TRACKING SAYS MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED BUT IT ISN’T HERE/MY PACKAGE GOT LOST.

Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit after tracking has been issued. We recommend contacting your local post office about the lost or stolen package.

LOST/STOLEN PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen during transit after the tracking information has been issued. We will not be issuing refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. 

Please note that if your order is unable to be delivered or re-sent to us because you did not inform us about any change in your shipping address or if your shipping address details were erroneous, we will NOT be liable for your undelivered / misdelivered package. Please also note that a refund will not be possible. 

In the event that the package was re-sent to us, we will be prepared to re-send the package to you, but you shall bear any and all additional costs and expenses incurred in re-sending the package to you.

In the event that the package was misdelivered and cannot be recovered, we may send you a fresh package subject to availability of bundles / merch items. You shall bear any and all additional costs of the additional items shipped to you and for any and all costs and expenses incurred in sending the package to you.
